first one,
why the default language on my liveconfig, is not the default language for every-new user?
when I create new user, and login with him, the default language is always english??
second,
time zone for new user is always "Africa/Abidjan GMT" ??
third one default country for every new contact is Germany? 
how to set up default country of my choice?
those three thing are irritating, always need to change it for every new user I create.
